Agri Solar Team Lead O&M/ Asset Manager ( F/M)

As team leader of our O&M team you will be responsible for the operational lead of REM Tec’s O&M activities, based on our AGROVOLTAICO® technology. Beside leading and coordinating our team of technicians you will be responsible for the safe, high quality and profitable execution of the O&M works as well as the further development and implementation of new monitoring systems and asset management tools. Further, you will have direct exposure to clients for O&M contract negotiations as well as to suppliers for the negotiation of subcontracting contracts incl. their scope of work. Your direct report will be REM Tec’s board and you will work in close collaboration with other REM Tec teams (such as engineering and construction).

What you will do:

• Supervision of mid to large-scale Agri-PV installations throughout the complete operational project life cycle incl. coordination of inspection, service and maintenance activities, as well as remote monitoring of the systems
• Team Lead of O&M team, structuring O&M schedules and ensurance that works are organised to maximise performance and safe operation of the plants
• Implementation of good H&S best practices
• Further development of currently established monitoring and controlling systems as well as introduction of new monitoring systems in collaboration with REM Tec’s technical team
• Development and implementation of corrective actions and root cause analysis
• Taking over the submission and negotiation of quotations for maintenance and repair contracts to REM Tec clients
• Coordination of third-party service providers incl. contract and scope of work negotiations (for services which REM Tec outsources to third parties)
• Keeping records with the latest information systems from the asset management area

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Degree in elettrica o elettronica o energetica o ambientale o meccanica o civile or related subject area
• Proven track record in Project Management and O&M activities of operational solar plants (roof, ground mounted or other solar activities)
• Experience in LV and MV electrical schematics
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing in Italian (native) and English (Minimum Level B2)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Demonstration of hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and a high level of commitment
