Project manager

REM Tec is searching for Project Manager(s) to support our team to accomplish the order pipeline.

The Project Manager should ensure the realization of the assigned projects within the agreed time and cost framework, coordination of REM Tec’s suppliers and resources, and in general all the stakeholders involved. The Project Manager will work hand in hand with our engineering and construction supervision team to ensure a safe, high quality and profitable project outcome. Efficient, profitable, and smooth project execution as well as customer satisfaction are key.  

 

What you will do:

  • You will perform comprehensive project management from the origination and implementation to the turn-key handover of agrivoltatics projects to clients, mainly in Italy, but also in Europe

  • You will offer support to the project development teams of our customer for technical project development, feasibility studies, pre-design and cost calculation

  • You will coordinate the project preparation incl. technical design, subcontracting, procurement, and time scheduling

  • You will steer the project construction phase with all related parties internally and externally (distribution network operators, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)

  • You comprehensively manage budget, time and quality and report internally and externally according to the defined requirements

  • You interact with the customer’s team responsible for the project and related governmental authorities if required

 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in elettrica o elettronica o energetica o ambientale o meccanica o civile or related subject area

  • At least 3-5 years of profound experience as project manager

  • Deep know-how and experience in technical design using AutoCAD as well as further technical planning tools (Solidworks (opzionale), Inventor, Solidedge) and project management software

  • You can proof specialist know-how and extensive understanding of correlations in project business

  • You show an in-depth understanding of the PV industry with regards to commercial, technical and legal matters

  • Additionally, you show a fast comprehension in new and complex contents, flexibility, solution orientation and a team driven personality

  • You are fluent speaking and excellent written in Italian (native) and English (Minimum Level B1)

  • You demonstrate a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and strategic thinking, a high level of commitment as well as a pronounced customer orientation
