By participating in the KM 0 ENERGY project, REM Tec will take charge of the construction and maintenance costs of the photovoltaic system and the customer will purchase only the self-consumed electricity, with a 20-25% discount compared to the normal final market prices.
Usually the contractual duration of this instrument is between 8 and 15 years, with the possibility of early exit from the initiative, by paying an early redemption and established in the initial agreement.
REM Tec also offers the photovoltaic system construction service with direct purchase by the customer, who in this way benefits from all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system.
Each kWh produced and self-consumed represents net savings, which will not be present in the bill. The energy produced and not consumed is transferred to the network and is incentivized through a particular incentive called "Scambio sul Posto". Through this incentive, the Energy Services Manager (GSE) reimburses part of the cost incurred for the energy withdrawn from the network, enhancing the electricity input and consumed at a later time.
